Sue’s family moved to Pinellas County in 1952.
She is a Graduate of Clearwater High School and the
University of Florida. Sue became a licensed real estate
Broker in 1980 and quickly began to specialize in property
management. She is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute
and Leadership Pinellas. In 2001 she left the “big-box”
firms to found Professional Real Estate Management.
Her favorite recreations are camping and
canoeing.
Now living in Dunedin, Sue owns several rental properties
herself so she intimately understands what it means
to be a Landlord.
Throughout her career Sue has given back to her community
by accepting appointments to various State, County and
City advisory commissions, including transportation
and government accountability. She served on the Board
of Directors for seven years for a major family services
foundation. Today she serves on a Citizen’s
Advisory Committee for the City of Dunedin.
Professional Real Estate Management sets aside a portion
of its profit each year for philanthropic contribution,
making donations to local community organizations such
as WUSF Public Radio, Special Olympics and the Clearwater
Free Clinic.
TODD
WILLIAM HUMPHREYS
PARTNER, CFO
Raised in Clearwater, Todd is a Graduate of Clearwater
Central Catholic High School, St. Petersburg College,
and the University of Florida Warrington College of
Business. At the University of Florida he earned his
BSBA majoring in Business Management. Todd spends his
free time playing the local waters for Bass, Trout,
Redfish, Snook and Tarpon. We’re all nice to Todd,
he writes the checks.
HEATHER
McCRICKARD
LICENSED REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE
Heather has been with our company since 2009 and in
the real estate industry since 2005. A resident of Pinellas
County since 1979, she earned her degree in Interior
Design and Technology in Tampa. Heather has three children.
JANET
OLDS
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
Janet is Florida Native with family ties to reknown
original settlers. She moved to Pinellas County in 1999
and has worked in the real estate field since that time
in Reception and Office Administration.
